What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience
Seven to ten years of progressive experience in retail field operations, merchandising services, field sales execution, workforce planning, or business operations
Demonstrated experience supporting a senior leader or leadership team
Program or project management experience with strategy execution and governance
Experience with labor forecasting, capacity modeling, staffing, scheduling, and resource deployment
Strong knowledge of retail merchandising, shelf management, planogram execution, and multi-site field operations
