About the role
Sunbit is hiring an AI Specialist to design, build, and run AI agents and automations for its finance organization. The role focuses on turning repetitive finance work into reliable, controlled workflows while partnering with Accounting, FP&A, IT, Security, and Data teams.
What you’ll do
Design, build, and run AI agents and automations for finance
Convert repetitive finance work into reliable, controlled workflows
Integrate AI solutions with business systems through APIs
Partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT, Security, and Data
Ensure finance controls and auditability are maintained
What you’ll need
4+ years building automation or AI solutions in a business setting
Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks
Strong Python or similar, plus SQL and data pipelines
Understanding of finance processes like close, reconciliations, AP, and AR
Ability to explain technical choices to accountants and finance leaders
NetSuite or other ERP integration, SOX/ITGC, and fintech background preferred
