About the role
This contract role supports a utility client's Workforce Development & Inclusion team by building and automating data solutions and processes for Business Resource Group membership, leadership onboarding, board selection, and leadership development tracking. The analyst will leverage SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel to improve data management and reporting.
What you’ll do
Develop and automate data solutions for Business Resource Group membership
Manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and metadata
Create Power BI dashboards and reports
Design databases, forms, workflows, and process documentation
Gather requirements and troubleshoot technical issues
Support leadership onboarding and development tracking
What you’ll need
3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint
Strong Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Understanding of data governance, quality, privacy, and role-based access controls
