What you’ll do

Perform requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
Manage stakeholders and bridge communication between business and technical teams
Write detailed requirements for data integrations, data warehouses, and reporting solutions
Support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives
What you’ll need
5+ years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst in a complex enterprise environment
Strong SQL skills including data profiling, validation, and analysis
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using Jira
Experience with healthcare data, clinical systems, EMR/EHR, revenue cycle, claims, or provider-related systems
Experience with data integration technologies and standards such as HL7, APIs, and JSON
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures
