About the role
The Global COO will lead the global vision, strategy, service delivery, financial performance, governance, talent development, and growth of PSC Biotech's Professional Services and Software business. This hybrid role is based primarily in York, PA and requires frequent global travel.
What you’ll do
Lead global vision, strategy, and growth for Professional Services and Software
Oversee service delivery, financial performance, and governance
Develop short-term and long-term roadmaps aligned with business growth and client demand
Build high-performing leadership teams and succession pipelines
Manage CEO and senior stakeholder expectations
Support onsite engagements and multi-region operations through travel
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field
Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services, Software, or regulated consulting
Proven experience leading global service organizations with P&L responsibility
Strong background in contract governance, commercial negotiations, and service delivery management
Experience operating in regulated industries and managing complex multi-region programs
Ability to travel frequently, including international travel
