About the role
Connection is hiring a Senior Business Integration Analyst in Merrimack, NH to lead integration projects and requirement definition across API, cXML, and EDI platforms. The role works with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to improve business processes and technical systems.
What you’ll do
Manage project requirements, timelines, and technical integrations for external platforms
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Support API, cXML, and EDI integrations
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to improve systems and processes
Troubleshoot and test EDI documents with trading partners
Compare API output to underlying relational databases
What you’ll need
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
In-depth knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML) and EDI transaction sets such as 810, 850, 855, and 856
In-depth API experience including GET, POST, PATCH, DELETE and comparing JSON output to relational databases
Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and integration via API or EDI
Experience with B2B procurement applications and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, and Atlassian
Experience in supply chain, finance, or eCommerce integration projects and integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica
