What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience

Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration and declarative setup
Basic understanding of Salesforce Flow, Apex triggers, and Apex classes
Understanding of core sales, customer service, and marketing processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Excel
