Experience supporting enterprise platforms, configuration tools, data solutions, integrations, or operational systems
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile principles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with healthcare or regulated industries
