About the role
AAA Central Penn is looking for a Business Analyst to convert financial and operational data into strategic insights, supporting Finance and business leaders with reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. What you’ll do
Turn financial and operational data into insights supporting strategy and performance
Partner with Finance and business leaders on reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Perform financial modeling and provide data-backed recommendations
Explain complex analysis clearly to non-financial audiences
Turn business questions into metrics, dashboards, and meaningful visuals
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analysis
Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
