What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
7–10 years of progressive experience in talent management
Demonstrated capability in LMS administration and organizational effectiveness projects
Proven experience managing technology platforms and driving culture initiatives in a multi-site organization
Strong results driving engagement, retention, and organizational health
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
