About the role
Digital Realty is hiring a Senior Manager to lead the global strategy, governance, technology, and operations of its travel, expense, and corporate card programs, owning the Navan and Concur platforms. The role partners across business and technology teams to drive program improvements, controls, vendor relationships, and global initiatives.
What you’ll do
Lead global strategy, governance, technology, and operations for travel, expense, and corporate card programs
Own Navan Travel and Concur Expense platforms
Partner across business and technology teams
Drive program improvements, controls, and vendor relationships
Lead global initiatives and transformations
Develop team resources and scalable processes
What you’ll need
Significant experience leading global corporate travel, expense, corporate card, payments, or finance operations programs
Experience leading complex global projects, transformations, and technology implementations
Experience managing strategic vendors and leading RFPs, vendor evaluations, contracts, renewals, and negotiations
Ability to partner across IT, Finance, Accounting, AP, Treasury, HR, Procurement, Legal, Privacy, and Security
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with executive-level reporting
Experience owning enterprise travel, expense, or financial technology platforms; Navan and SAP Concur preferred
