About the role
Steneral Consulting seeks a Lead Archer Architect to design, configure, and maintain RSA Archer GRC solutions in large enterprise environments, translating risk and compliance requirements into technical implementations while leading complex projects.
What you’ll do
Architect and configure RSA Archer solutions in large enterprise environments
Design and implement Archer applications, workflows, access controls, dashboards, reports, data feeds, and REST APIs
Develop secure, scalable GRC integrations and data flows across enterprise systems
Oversee platform upgrades, releases, testing, performance, production readiness, and technical-risk remediation
Lead complex technical projects through cross-functional collaboration
Translate governance, risk, compliance, security, and business requirements into technical solutions
What you’ll need
Programming skills in Python, Java, or .NET
Experience integrating Archer with platforms such as Snowflake, Navex, or ProcessUnity
Experience modernizing or stabilizing GRC platforms in regulated financial-services environments
Experience with ServiceNow IRM or MetricStream in addition to RSA Archer
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and senior stakeholder presentations
