What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience or internship in Recruiting, HR, Campus Engagement, Event Planning, or Program Operations
Demonstrated organizational and project coordination skills with event logistics or scheduling experience
Detail-oriented with spreadsheets, data organization, and summarizing notes, feedback, or metrics
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach
Excellent time management, prioritization, problem-solving, and eagerness to learn structured interview processes and candidate sourcing
Proficiency with Canva, Google Slides/Docs for building presentation and student-facing materials, plus outstanding communication skills
