What you’ll do
Lead and develop a team of Technical Program Managers
Drive complex engineering-wide initiatives
Build partnerships with company leaders
Provide hands-on program support and escalation guidance
Design, scope, and shepherd features for Engineering teams
Create roadmaps and drive technical specifications
What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years as TPM, Engineering Leader, or Product Manager
2+ years managing a TPM or Engineering-related team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with high-impact programs and cross-functional teams
Experience in Computer Science or Software Engineering (desired)
