Automate manual and inconsistent business workflows
Partner with business teams to deliver production AI workflows
Build shared practices and infrastructure for AI operations

Lead cross-functional initiatives
What you’ll need
Deep experience shipping systems into production that non-technical people depend on daily
Hands-on fluency with modern AI stacks: LLMs, retrieval, tool use, agents, evaluation, guardrails
Ability to learn others' jobs and improve workflows
Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
Comfort navigating security, privacy, and compliance tradeoffs
SQL fluency and comfort in modern data stack (dbt, cloud warehouse, BI tooling)
