About the role
Morgan Stanley is seeking an Assistant Vice President on the Analytics & Data team to support Private Markets and EquityZen through performance reporting, forecasting, dashboards, and decision support. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics and deliver executive-ready analytics.

Support Private Markets and EquityZen businesses with performance reporting, business insights, forecasting, dashboards, and decision support
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics and manage analytics projects
Ensure accurate, timely reporting and connect business results to actionable insights
Develop executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and performance analyses
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of analytics and reporting experience in financial services
Experience with modern data platforms including Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, and Tableau
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with executive-ready communication
Experience supporting forecasting, planning, pipeline analysis, or financial and operating performance reviews
