About the role

What you’ll do

• Set risk frameworks and guardrails for credit, FX, and counterparty risk
• Oversee exposures and controls
• Monitor portfolio trends
• Represent Credit Risk in governance, regulatory, audit, and banking-partner reviews
• Challenge first-line decisions and communicate clear risk positions
• Manage risk across multiple product lines

What you’ll need

• 10-15 years of progressively senior experience in credit, counterparty, FX, or treasury risk
• Deep experience designing and governing second-line credit risk frameworks in a multi-jurisdictional organization
• Strong understanding of credit risk identification, measurement, underwriting, limit management, monitoring, mitigation, provisioning, and capital implications
• Experience managing risk across merchant acquiring, cards, B2B lending, payments, FX, treasury, settlement, or banking-partner activities
• Practical experience overseeing FX and counterparty risk including exposure measurement, concentration risk, limits, settlement risk, and collateral
• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field and a professional certification such as FRM, PRM, or CFA
