What you’ll need
7+ years in Sales Engineering or comparable technical customer-facing role
Hands-on depth in AI/ML infrastructure: GPU fleets, distributed training, inference serving, model and agent evaluation
Strong foundation in public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, APM, and distributed tracing
Comfortable in flat organizations and able to calibrate to ICs and founders
Demonstrated use of AI tooling in own workflow and scaling it to others
Experience mentoring peers or contributing to team enablement
