What you’ll do
Develop forecasting, predictive modeling, and experimentation solutions
Anticipate patient needs and optimize operations
Support strategic decision-making with statistical analysis
Productionize models for deployment and monitoring
Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
Wrangle data from Snowflake using advanced SQL
What you’ll need
Strong background in statistics, probability, and mathematics
Fluent in Python and data science ecosystem (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, NumPy)
Hands-on experience with time-series analysis and forecasting (ARIMA, Prophet, exponential smoothing)
Advanced SQL skills for querying Snowflake
Awareness of best practices for handling PHI and PII
Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and ownership
