ProSciento is seeking a mid-level remote Project Analyst to support financial reporting, revenue recognition, and budgeting processes. The role requires a finance-related degree and several years of financial analysis experience in a clinical research environment.
What you’ll do
Prepare and analyze study, department, and company level financial reports in accordance with GAAP
Manage monthly revenue recognition process by study
Develop and maintain corporate budgeting and forecasting tools
Prepare final study reconciliations and profit/cash flow analyses
Assist with sponsor billings and site visit payments
Develop dashboards and toolsets for decision making and performance monitoring
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related business field
3-5 years of financial analyst experience in a clinical research setting or similar environment
Experience with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and financial statement generation
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Hands-on experience with accounting software such as NetSuite or QuickBooks
Ability to read and interpret contracts, SOPs, and clinical regulations
