About the role
The OCM Lead will drive organizational change, adoption, and business readiness for strategic hospitality transformation initiatives, developing strategies for change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training. This is an onsite contract role in Miami, FL.
What you’ll do
Lead organizational change, adoption, and business readiness for strategic hospitality transformation initiatives
Develop change management strategies and plans
Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and plans
Develop communications strategies and plans
Develop training strategies and plans
What you’ll need
8+ years in Organizational Change Management, Adoption, Transformation, Business Readiness, or related disciplines; Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent certification
Proven experience leading change management for complex enterprise-wide technology or business transformation programs
Demonstrated success influencing executive and senior leadership stakeholders
Strong executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills
Experience supporting hospitality/customer-facing operations, including frontline workforce adoption and large-scale operational rollouts; experience managing multiple stakeholder groups and workstreams
