About the role

What you’ll do
Design, build, and maintain automated GTM workflows
Partner with RevOps and GTM leadership on system strategy
Implement system integrations and workflow orchestration
Support ICP mapping, segmentation, and enrichment strategies
Manage funnel operations and data enrichment processes
Leverage Claude AI to accelerate automation and documentation
What you’ll need
4+ years in automation engineering, GTM systems, or RevOps
Strong expertise with Zapier, Make.com, N8N, Flowgear, or similar automation tools
Claude AI power user with demonstrated technical problem-solving and workflow design experience
Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Clearbit, ZoomInfo)
Strong understanding of GTM motions, revenue operations, and sales/marketing processes
Experience with ICP mapping, APIs, data pipelines, workflow orchestration, and AI-assisted/agentic workflows
