What you’ll do

• Own business and functional requirements for learner and operational workflows
• Manage course and content lifecycle requirements
• Define reporting, integration, and platform modernization requirements
• Support UAT, migration, and release readiness
• Analyze complex legacy systems and define modernized future-state capabilities

What you’ll need

• 6-8+ years in product ownership, learning platforms, education technology, compliance training, business analysis, or enterprise platform roles
• 4+ years with LMS, LCMS, learning technology, training delivery, certification, compliance education, or similar workflow-heavy platforms
• 3+ years creating business and functional requirements for custom platforms, LMS/LCMS systems, workflows, reporting, compliance, or content lifecycle
• 2+ years with complex cross-system dependencies such as commerce-to-LMS fulfillment, content publishing, regulatory reporting, certificates, completions, transcripts, or credit reporting
• Strong business analysis and product management capability
• Helpful technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, data flows, reporting, platform migrations, and custom enterprise software
