About the role
Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile team delivery, coaching teams on Scrum practices, and managing ceremonies, backlogs, and release planning in a financial services environment.
What you’ll do
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
Coach team on Scrum practices and adherence to Agile principles
Manage backlog and release planning
Track delivery metrics and monitor sprint health
Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments
Coordinate with stakeholders across business, product, development, QA, and architecture teams
What you’ll need
Experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Strong understanding of Agile metrics, velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, and sprint health
Knowledge of SDLC, software delivery lifecycle, and release management processes
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification preferred; exposure to banking or financial services domain preferred
