What you’ll do
Lead design and delivery of the secure, multi-tenant cloud-native compute platform
Build and maintain platform infrastructure, APIs, workload isolation, and operational reliability
Drive cross-team alignment on architecture, strategic direction, and execution
Troubleshoot and optimize performance for containerized and virtualized workloads
Provide technical leadership and mentorship
Collaborate with Product, SRE/Operations, Security, and Engineering teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years delivering scalable backend or infrastructure software in production
Proven track record leading large-scale, highly available, low-latency distributed systems
Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including controller development and operator patterns
Strong proficiency in Go and experience with multi-tenant security/isolation patterns
Hands-on experience with secure container runtimes, Linux internals, and public clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure)
