What you’ll need
7+ years of experience in product delivery, product operations, product management, or technology delivery
Experience in payments, treasury services, transaction banking, or enterprise financial technology
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomes through influence
Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, including development, release, implementation, servicing, and continuous improvement
Demonstrated experience managing complex dependencies, escalations, risks, and competing priorities
Strong client orientation, excellent executive communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; knowledge of Agile delivery, release management, incident management, and data-driven product management
