About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead manufacturing program execution and optimize production processes, product quality, and operational efficiency
• Manage customer communication, engineering resources, and project schedules
• Ensure production readiness and manage yield and issue reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional problem-solving from new product introduction through project closure
• Track MIL, identify technical, supply chain, and production risks, and develop mitigation plans
• Drive process standardization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements across technical projects

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, or a management discipline with relevant technical experience
• 3–5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, including production line upgrades or technology transfers
• Familiarity with critical manufacturing stages: assembly, testing, and packaging
• Proven daily customer interfacing and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, production, quality, and supply chain teams
• Led or participated in 2–3+ technical projects with clear outcomes and managed team resources and allocation
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, RCA/FACA/8D, manufacturing equipment, and data analysis tools; fluent in English, Mandarin a plus
