About the role

What you’ll do
Install and support Virtual Nodule Clinic in hospital environments
Partner with Sales on technical pre-sales
Work directly with hospital IT and clinical staff
Improve deployment and support processes
Own customer or projects end to end
Manage configuration, change control, and documentation
What you’ll need
3+ years in healthcare IT or similar technical role
Experience with Linux administration including SSH, Bash, RHEL, and Podman
Working knowledge of hospital clinical and radiology workflow and healthcare IT standards like DICOM, HL7, FHIR, PACS, VNA, and API integrations
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL queries
Understanding of HIPAA and security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; located in and authorized to work in the US
