What you’ll need
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent
4+ years of UAT or end-to-end testing experience
2+ years of contact center experience
Experience facilitating testing for AI products or machine learning models
Experience with test creation, planning, coordination, and facilitation
Familiarity with Agile platforms like JIRA and Octane, contact center routing like Genesys and Five9, and Agentic Voice Service agents
