What you’ll do
Lead complex software delivery initiatives across multiple teams, programs, and dependencies
Build and manage AI-enabled delivery systems
Manage delivery outcomes and risks across programs
Strengthen governance, traceability, and coordination across teams
Use flow metrics to identify risks and drive decisions on scope, timelines, and trade-offs
Evaluate AI-generated output and apply sound judgment before acting
What you’ll need
Demonstrated experience leading complex software delivery initiatives with accountability for results
Experience applying Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid approaches
Technical fluency across the software development lifecycle
Hands-on experience using AI tools, automation, or data-driven workflows
Located in U.S. Eastern Time Zone with ability to work without sponsorship
Experience using Python, JavaScript, or similar language for scripts, automations, or AI workflows
