About the role
EY is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead business analysis for banking platform transformation initiatives for Banking & Capital Markets clients. The role translates business needs into platform requirements and coordinates with delivery teams and client stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Lead business analysis for banking platform implementation, modernization, migration, and integration
Translate business needs into platform requirements
Coordinate across delivery teams and client stakeholders
Create business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Analyze APIs, integrations, data flows, and system interactions
Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect triage, and production implementation
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or comparable techno-functional professional
Hands-on banking platform implementation, migration, modernization, conversion, or integration experience
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
Working knowledge of banking products, operational processes, risks, and controls
Experience working with cross-functional, distributed, offshore, and vendor teams
