About the role
QuantFi is hiring a Strategic Finance Lead to serve as the fractional finance lead for a portfolio of investor-backed clients, overseeing client engagements, finance delivery, business development, and AI-powered finance transformation. What you’ll do
Lead client engagements as fractional finance lead for investor-backed clients
Oversee finance delivery across multiple clients and workstreams
Drive business development, scoping, and client relationship building
Implement AI-powered finance workflows in Finance OS
Build and maintain financial models, including 3-statement models
Advise founders, CEOs, sponsors, and finance chiefs on cash and working capital
What you’ll need
6–9 years in investment banking, private equity, or transformation/advisory consulting
6–9 years in fractional CFO or growth-stage finance leadership roles serving investor-backed clients
Experience running multiple client engagements or workstreams concurrently
Strong working capital and cash command, with ability to build a 3-statement model from scratch
Demonstrated use of AI in daily finance workflows with specific impact examples
Comfort with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and the surrounding finance stack
