What you’ll do
Drive cross-functional operational initiatives
Lead resource planning and workforce modeling
Design and rollout operational processes end-to-end
Provide analysis to inform program and investment decisions
Manage headcount planning and demand/supply forecasting
Lead meetings across engineering, finance, procurement, IT, and executives
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, or related field
5+ years in strategy, business operations, or management consulting
Experience designing and rolling out operational processes
Experience with headcount planning and workforce modeling
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
