About the role

What you’ll do

• Shape Partner Services product direction and translate partner, field, and business needs into a global roadmap
• Own product lifecycle, commercial models, portfolio metrics, and cross-functional execution
• Partner with regional teams on partner growth plans
• Coordinate go-to-market readiness across product, operations, sales, finance, communications, and regional teams
• Build business cases and assess program performance
• Balance partner experience, customer outcomes, business value, operational feasibility, and risk

What you’ll need

• 15+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Significant experience in product management, program management, or product-led transformation
• Demonstrated ability to own a roadmap and drive complex initiatives from discovery through launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration
• Strong business and analytical skills, including building business cases and assessing program performance
• Experience with cross-functional systems, data, automation, and process improvements
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and senior leadership presentation skills
