About the role
TISTA is hiring an IT Program Manager to lead a Department of Veterans Affairs Supply Chain Management DevSecOps Integration task order, with accountability for performance, financials, staff, and client relationships. The role requires deep federal IT program management experience, Agile/SAFe and DevSecOps expertise, and oversight of large multi-product delivery teams.
What you’ll do
Lead the VA Supply Chain Management DevSecOps Integration task order
Serve as key point of accountability to VA stakeholders
Own account performance, financials, and staffing
Manage partner relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Drive growth and contribute to TISTA's federal health strategy and delivery practices
What you’ll need
12+ years of IT program/project management, including 5+ years managing large federal IT services contracts ($10M+/year) as Program Manager
5+ years leading Agile/SAFe DevSecOps delivery organizations of 100+ FTEs across multiple concurrent products
Demonstrated experience with VA OIT programs (VIP, PLM Playbook, VA PARS, TRM, ATO/A&A processes)
Proficiency with Jira, GitHub, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and MS Project
PMP certification and SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) required; Bachelor's degree in related field
