About the role

Significant industry experience in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare (PhD: 10+ yrs, MSc: 12+ yrs, BSc: 13+ yrs)
At least 5 years of expert-level operations management in pharmaceutical or healthcare setting
Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management in complex matrixed organizations
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical operations, global project management, portfolio review, finance, and budgeting
Knowledge of clinical development strategies, GCP, FDA regulations, and international guidelines
