About the role

What you’ll do
Translate health policy into actionable health IT solutions
Lead cross-functional product development
Support implementation and evaluation of Alternative Payment Models and value-based care initiatives
Prepare proposals, reports, and client-facing deliverables
Engage effectively with government clients and external partners
Utilize Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
What you’ll need
Bachelor's or master's degree in public policy, Public Health, Economics, Statistics, or related field
3+ years of experience in project management, product ownership, or policy analysis
Ability to obtain U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance
Demonstrated ability to interpret policy and translate it into technical solutions
Strong foundation in data analysis and performance measurement
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
