About the role

What you’ll do
Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Learning solutions
Partner with HR, L&D, IT, and business stakeholders
Deliver end-to-end learning processes
Guide the learning workstream
Mentor consultants and coordinate offshore resources
Plan work effort and manage priorities in a remote model
Experience with SCORM and third-party content integration
At least 1 Oracle Redwood Learning implementation with Visual Builder Studio
Strong understanding of compliance training processes
Current Oracle Cloud HCM certification in Learning
