What you’ll need
4+ years implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 or comparable CRM platforms
Working knowledge of Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Automate, and reporting
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integration and user security concepts
Strong documentation, work management, and client communication skills
Understanding of agile delivery, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test management
PL-200, MB-280, MB-230, MB-240, or relevant CE certifications preferred
