About the role

Identify and implement process automation opportunities
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in compensation administration, business analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
Advanced Power BI experience including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development
Advanced SQL skills including complex queries, data validation, and analysis
Experience developing solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Automate Desktop
Strong understanding of data structures, relational databases, and reporting best practices
