About the role
Indotronix is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support Airbus Kinston by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, carriers, inventory, and customs clearance. The role requires hands-on experience with material handling, hazardous materials, and international shipping regulations.
What you’ll do
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Manage carrier relationships
Support inventory movements
Handle customs clearance
Ensure efficient material flow
Take ownership of processes and projects
What you’ll need
Minimum 2-3 years experience as focal/CSR for inbound/outbound freight
Experience with material handling equipment (tugs, forklifts, overhead crane)
Experience with hazardous material shipping (IATA, IMDG, DOT)
Familiarity with ITAR and international import/export requirements
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and SAP
Associate's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain or equivalent experience
