About the role

What you’ll do
Define and deliver the US roadmap across data, technology, platforms, analytics, AI, and Salesforce Customer Orchestration
Translate commercial priorities into trusted, scalable capabilities
Lead teams and partnerships to deliver measurable business and patient impact
Shape enterprise decisions across business, IT, data, and AI, representing US priorities
Prioritize investments and resources across strategic product and capability portfolios
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of AI-enabled capabilities across workflows and decision making
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Data, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years in commercial transformation, business technology, data management, AI, CRM, customer orchestration, or platform-enabled business change
Proven ability to translate commercial opportunities into technology, data, analytics, AI, and platform capabilities
Deep understanding of data and analytics for commercial decision making, including segmentation, Next Best Action, and measurement
Demonstrated leadership of strategic product and capability portfolios with accountability for adoption and value at scale
Experience in pharma, biopharma, healthcare, or other regulated customer-facing commercial environments; Salesforce Customer Orchestration and CRM experience preferred
