Lead design, development, testing, training, and continuous improvement of SharePoint and web-based tools
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Support NCDOT Permits and District Offices business processes
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technical staff

Balance customer needs with organizational policies and project goals
What you’ll need
8+ years of relevant experience
Proven expertise as Business Analyst/Solution Designer for custom SharePoint solutions
Experience with Power Platform workflows and enterprise content management
Advanced skills in business process re-engineering and requirements translation
Knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodology, QA, and system integration
Familiarity with NCDOT Permits, District Offices, and Transportation Life Cycle processes
