About the role

What you’ll do
Lead and manage the globally distributed Product SRE team
Operate cloud-native infrastructure at scale
Improve reliability and software delivery processes
Build AI agents and reliability tooling
Mentor SREs through pairing, code review, and hands-on guidance
Onboard acquired companies onto Cvent's platform and standards
What you’ll need
10+ years overall technology experience and 5+ years managing technology professionals
Experience running large-scale distributed systems in AWS with ECS, EKS, and Kubernetes
Deep command of SRE principles and modern platform engineering practices
Production-scale Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation
Fluency with modern observability platforms such as Datadog
AI fluency with AI coding assistants, LLM tooling, or AIOps platforms
