About the role
Provide hands-on enterprise IT support to end users, including configuring and deploying equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing support requests in an onsite environment.
What you’ll do
Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Troubleshoot technical issues for end users
Manage support requests and ticket documentation

What you’ll need
Experience with direct, in-person technical support
Strong hardware troubleshooting and computer imaging skills
Proficiency with ITSM ticketing platforms, preferably ServiceNow
Solid understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking
