About the role
JPMorganChase is hiring a remote Business Analysis Manager for Business Banking Small Business Lending to lead control framework enhancements, risk management, and automation initiatives. The role leverages AI-enabled monitoring and collaboration across the firm to support small business lending operations.
What you’ll do
Create a proactive risk and control culture using evaluation strategies and change management protocols
Support end-to-end operational risk management within the Small Business Lending organization
Identify automation opportunities and lead initiatives for automated monitoring outcomes
Engage with colleagues across business, operations, legal, compliance, risk, audit, regulators, and technology control functions
Collaborate with technology partners to ensure technical controls for systemic processes are designed and work effectively
Conduct continuous risk environment assessments to reduce financial loss, regulatory exposure, and reputational risk
What you’ll need
7+ years of financial services experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or compliance
Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts and ability to design, create, and evaluate a Risk & Control Self-Assessment
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to synthesize large data sets
Ability to make informed decisions, influence stakeholders, and justify decision making
Ability to identify root causes, control gaps, and weaknesses, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Jira, and Confluence
