  • Knowledge of HL7, LIS, EHR/EMR systems
  • Experience with laboratory workflows (Order Entry, Sample Processing, Result Reporting)
  • Proficiency in BRD/FRD, User Stories, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, UAT
