4+ years in IT, infrastructure, or security as primary/sole owner at a small company
Fluency across identity, MDM, networking, AWS, Google Workspace/M365, backups, SaaS
Scripting ability to automate work and handle data
Strong security judgment to right-size controls for company stage
Experience with LLMs and agents, and clear communication with stakeholders
Exposure to regulated environments or SOC 2 / ISO 27001 readiness
