About the role

What you’ll do

• Provide technical and analytical leadership for marketing measurement initiatives
• Lead measurement design and analysis
• Translate findings into marketing investment recommendations
• Guide teams and client workstreams to improve analytics quality and delivery
• Communicate recommendations to senior business and technical stakeholders

What you’ll need

• 10+ years of relevant experience in data science, marketing analytics, marketing measurement, or related field
• Advanced SQL proficiency and substantial hands-on experience using Python or R for analysis
• Demonstrated experience leading marketing measurement or analytics initiatives
• Strong experience with MMM, causal inference, incrementality measurement, geo-based test-and-control design, experiment design, and A/B testing
• Experience with campaign effectiveness management, customer segmentation, and promotions management
• Bachelor's degree preferably in a related IT discipline or equivalent experience
