About the role
CoLab is looking for an Industry Strategy Lead to own its aerospace and defense go-to-market and strategy, supporting enterprise deals and translating customer insights into product and revenue priorities. The ideal candidate brings deep A&D leadership experience, procurement fluency, and commercial acumen to operate effectively at the executive level.

Define and operationalize CoLab's aerospace and defense strategy
Support strategic enterprise deals
Connect customer insights with revenue and product priorities
What you’ll need
Leadership experience in engineering, program, or operations in aerospace and defense
Experience owning enterprise strategy or transformation programs in A&D organizations
Fluency in the A&D procurement process
High emotional intelligence and ability to read executives
Strong commercial and operational acumen
